Worst game created?

2020.09.16 21:18 Lord_Ceasa Worst game created?

Like fighting players 2x, 3x your level? Like constantly dying to “pre-alpha tester” titles? Like dying to the first squad your team meets after 10-15 minutes of aimless looting?
Look no further, spellbreak has it all. After one day of leveling and playing with the different gauntlet combos I’ve successfully made it into the top match making groups. I’ve now played 25+ matches since reaching mage level 9 and have been rewarded with spellbreaks legendary match making services. I love being pitted against opponents 2x - 3x my level, really feels rewarding being crushed match after match.

2020.09.15 07:04 Sarversauce Feeling like Pre-Alpha Testers need their own matches...

Yup, I said it. Here's why: Some of them had 18 months of getting used to the gameplay, mechanics, skills, leveling up process, maps, etc.
And here are all of these noobs just learning getting owned.
Hard to learn the game when you keep getting killed by people who already know what they're doing.
It's also hard to level up as fast as they do when they keep winning most of the time.
I was watching a streamer earlier who had a Pre-Alpha Tester in his Duo matches. They got beaten pretty soundly a few times, by, another Pre-Alpha Tester and one of their Pre-Alpha Tester friends.
This game needs some serious balance in matches. I'd suggest (if it hasn't been already) categorized, level balanced matches based on Level and experience. (No Testers in Noob/Public matches at all. )
Ranked play would also be awesome. Then everyone like me who are still learning the ins and outs of the game can get enough time in a match to learn some things. (Not against experienced players who are Ranking up.) Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad at those guys. They did their job as Testers, I used to be in the industry myself and I know the life. It's like when I played the same game for 12 months every day for 8 hours and then come Release Day, I was crushing everyone because I already knew what to do and how to do it. I already had it down to a science.
Aside from that, I love the game, and the style of it in the BR genre, very cool. I also have some comments, as I'm sure many people do, about the balance in the skill sets. I was told by a Pre-Alpha Tester (who was on my Squad and won us the match.) that 2 of the skills were better than all of the rest. I take issue with the Drop In process when dropping into the map only having a certain number of portals. That seems bad to me., 60% of the map being open, and all the players crammed into a tight area seems bad for strategy. I hope they fix that or open up the map. Anyway, that's my two cents.

2020.09.14 14:45 Soberanza Developers to Players 28/07/2020 - 04/08/2020

28/07/2020

Feedback:
A lot of players dont like the new items icons design this is not my oppinion but it is 80% of players opinion so that I hope animators make anothe new design for the items icon and make them look more realistic and epic instead of colorful and childish.
Reply: We have optimised some of the icon designs and will release another survey to collect players' feedback regarding the new designs. Thank you for your suggestion.
Feedback:
i think that moonton should add a proper player report system that can allow you to report others outside of matches , players are becoming more toxic , and more cheaters are showing up , i think there should be a reporting system we can do outside of matches that would help us report more in depth about a player , be more specific about their actions , in and out of matches , also maybe add a feature to show screenshots of what the player had done / proper proof .
Reply: You can contact customer service from the main page, located at the top left corner. Please provide screenshots and description of the ill behaviours. Our team will take action based on the report.
Feedback:
Make Blood Wings more useful, or atleast Holy Crystal more expensive so that Blood Wings can actually compete with it.
Reply: We recognised that Blood Wings is not very cost efficient. We will consider making adjustments.
Feedback:
"Minshitar has so much potential as a Tank or Tank/Support. The fighter role just doesn't suit him, his wave clear isn't good, his early game damage is crap, he can't clear jungle fast and his late game sustane is decent and damage is fine too but not good enough. So just make him a Tank/Support. Improve his passive maybe? Skill 1 and Skill 2 are good, just need a few changes in his ultimate, increase the AoE or increase the slow (or both), increase the defence stats he gets inside his ultimate and add a heal whenever units/soldiers of his ultimate hit an enemy."
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. Minsitthar is part of the list of heroes we will be adjusting. Please wait patiently for the day he becomes strong again.
Feedback:
"Give belerick's passive a heal for 1% of max/lost hp whenever it triggers, change the% chance to trigger for a 0,7s cooldown and increase his mana regen.
Give alice some physical defense and magical resistance from her passive now that she's partially a tank, maybe 3 every 10 stacks.
Increase the traveling speed of vexana's first skill by 15%, increase the radius of her second skill by 10% and reduce its mana cost.
Make enemies currently chained to faramis deal 10-15% less damage."
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. These heroes are already part of the list of heroes we plan to adjust. Please stay tuned for the adjustments! Adjustments on Alice has already been released in Advanced Server.
Feedback:
imAldric: Player has stated that Terizla has become very weak and is suggesting that he needs a complete rework to get him back uptop.
Reply: Terizila's ability to absorb damage is still considered high as a tank. There will be optimisation to his ultimate which is already available on the advanced server.
Feedback:
Please increase Gatotkaca's HP. He is too squishy now.
Reply: Gatotkaca is currently a tank/fighter. Therefore, we increased his damage output and adjusted his HP as well.
Feedback:
Buff the following heroes: Roger, Karina, Faramis, Hanabi
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. Karina and Faramis are part of a list of old heroes that we will adjust. Please wait patiently for the day he becomes strong again. Hanabi appears to perform well according to in-game data, therefore we will not be making adjustments for now. Roger is performing very well in high ranks, we will observe and consider if adjustments are needed.
Feedback:
Revamp some old tanks like Johsnon, Akai and Lolita
Reply: Lolita is also a part of the list of old heroes that we will adjust. There are no plans to adjust Akai and Johnson for now.
Feedback:
Revamp Aldous, Argus, Dyrroth
Reply: Argus is also a part of the list of old heroes that we will adjust.
Additionally, based on in-game statistics, Aldous and Dyrroth are performing well most of the time. Therefore, they will not be adjusted for now.
Feedback:
Please buff Harith, Argus, Gusion
Reply: Argus is also on the list of old heroes that we will adjust. There won't be changes to Gusion and Harith for now. However, there will be a bug fix on Harith's passive, which might be a buff for him.
Feedback:
Please reduce the mana consumption of Roger
Reply: Roger is performing very well in high ranks. We will continue to observe and consider if there is a need for any adjustments.
Feedback:
There is a bug on Ling, looks transparent when using the combo skill 1,3,2
Reply: Thank you for the heads up! We will review this. Can you possibly send us some videos about this as well?
Feedback:
Additional skin updates for premium skin fragments (blue)
Reply: Yep! This will be updated in Version 08.
Feedback:
Bug on Chou on his ult. Where it can be used on jungle monsters.
Reply: Oh wow. Thanks for telling us! We will review this. It would be great if you guys can give us some videos of this happening as well.
Feedback:
Bug on Guinevere of the animation of the Ult. Where they take the affect of it but they don't show up in the air.
Guinevere's Ultimate is bug or you nerfed her without any details in patchnote?
Reply: We have noticed this issue too and will provide a fix for this as soon as possible.
Feedback:
Wait.. I just tank for my team so I get most Death but game detected me as Intentional Feeding. Why don't you look at my assist? Moreover than this, I was playing along 16.23 mins but game punished me as AFK and banned me for 1320 mins. What a logic!
Reply: We will optimise this in the upcoming patch 08.
Feedback:
Player wish to increase the severity of punishments towards cheating players.
Reply: We have been optimising the punishment recently. Please look forward to some changes soon!
Feedback:
Bug in the draft pick, the player doesn't type a message but a message appears and when the S1 player types a message that appears not in the S1 player, but instead appears in S3 or other players
Reply: Yep! We have noticed this issue too. A fix will be provided for this in the upcoming patch 08.
Feedback:
:the second eudora skill could take longer or give her an acceleration to escape
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider increasing the casting speed of Eudora's Ultimate.
Feedback:
Hello ML I liked the hero Eudora since I start this game I try the new test project update and play the new Eudora she is great but I think there is something not right about the second skill the attack area is so short than before I see this is a problem since she is a mage and have nothing else to protect her except this stun if she gets so close hard for her to escape then why the hole changes if she still has the same problem I like playing Eudora even before the changes so I ask you to look again at the second skill form my opinion, I think you should make the area attack longer thank you. Also, the way she walks now is so weird I hope you return the old one I think she has long hands. Thank you
Reply: Previously, the targeted stun has a very long range that makes it hard for the enemy to respond.
The current range is based on the data from advanced server, while considering the range of other similar heroes.
Feedback:
Miya's Revamped attack speed is too overpowered. Reduce its passive to 4% gain.
Reply: We have plans to adjust the attack speed of Miya, but not necessarily adjust the passive.
Feedback:
Hey and thank you for inviting me to project 'next' test! I'm enjoying the new stuff but i would like to suggest somethings:
Alucard: is indeed a good hero in team fights however in solo he's skill dmg with the help of his passive are very bursty and can easily kill enemies without giving them a chance to react since he gets a lot of lifesteal i suggest to reduce his dmg on early levels and to reduce the rang of the next basic attack after using a skill bye a bit and to add an interesting thing to his 2nd skill since cc is very important in team fight because what about makeing some demon smoke after he uses his 2nd skill and after a delay enemies will be immobilized . So he could be more effective in team fight because cc is very important.
saber: he's revamp is very impressive and he's amazing at everything however his skill have enough dmg to melt enemies squishy heroes but his passive reduce a lot of enemies physical defense and faster since his first skill have 5 swards now which could be a trouble for tank user and besides that saber's teammates can get advantage of his passive against enemies to balance that reduce his passive physical defense reduced from 7 to 5 which means 25 points of physical defense Lowered which is good for none tank heroes
Miya: her 2nd skill is hard to use since it have a long delay and enemies can walk away . Miya doesn't have that much advantage of using that skill since the maximum rang cant cover that much area.so how about making miya able to move/walk while using that skill it would be much better to give her an advantage and in exchange for balance remove the slow effect after immobilize
Zilong: to be honest I'm a bit disappointed with zilong's revamp he's almost the same so what about taking two steps forward and trying something more unique like what about making him a none mana hero? since his skills are a bit weak and he depends on basic attack dmg but if you wanna add something cool to him what about making his ultimate reduce dmg taking so he would have a balanced survivability? and to give him more physical damage for his basic attack to make him more effective"
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We will adjust the heroes based on the data from advance server.
Feedback:
The new revamp of heroes was definitely awesome! But it would be much better if all the original heroes including Cyclops, Vexana, Lapu, etc. Will also be revamped so that there will be various heroes to choose from and more excitement in new rotations! Let's make use of what we have instead of keep on adding heroes :)
Reply: We have such plans in place. Please stay tuned!
Feedback:
:I suggest to lower the damage of the new Miya because her damage is massive if you compare it to Granger whose like an assassin, she has a almost full offense. But overall, good job moonton great revamp I hope that the revamped heroes will become meta.Thank you for giving me a tester to test the new heroes. That's all thank you!
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider making adjustments based on the in-game data. For now, we would like to see how the new Miya will perform.
Feedback:
Hello Mlbb,
Today I tested the new Alucard for the N.E.X.T project. I really love his new design, his second skill looks a lot nicer like that. But, I preferred the old design of his first skill with the seal on the floor. Now I find that Alucard looks like Ling, The only problem is that he is very strong and he would need a nerf:
  • increase the cooldown of his first and second skills
  • reduce the range of his ulti
  • reduce his life theft
Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestions and I hope they will be heard. Have a good day.
Reply: Thank you for your reaching out to us, your feedback is well-received and appreciated. We will adjust him based on the data from advance server.
Feedback:
Mia has become very weak, she cannot even kill 1 on 1, because there is no def at all, and the damage has decreased. There is also a wish for Saber - make 1 skill, so that when you press it again, you can pull the surekens back to you, this will also improve the gameplay
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. The damage of revamped Miya is reduced when the passive is not stacked. However, the damage is largely increased when the passive is fully stacked. For revamped Saber, learning how to maximise the damage from recalling his flying blades is the fundamental playing style. I believe you will uncover the heroes' potential as you practice with them.
Feedback:
Hi Thanks for invite me for project next test .This project next revamps are good for me the best things I like are Alucard ultimate and Zilong ultimate. Now their ultimates are more smoothly and Alucard skill 1 is more damage and new miya is become second Claude and will be one of best marksman. But I think Alucard skills animations are not very well (I test with viscount skin)and saber skill need more damage .Please make sure game ux system get more for more smoothly gameplay and lack of lagging.
Thanks for bring us Mobiles legends bang bang😊😊😊. (sorry for my bad English)
Reply: Yep! The movements of various skins are still being adjusted.
Feedback:
please dont change basic attack for miya legend skin i like it more than new one after update😔💔+I have a suggestion for Layla The sound of the basic attack has become very annoying. I hope you make it like before the update
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. The skill effects of Miya's legend skin will be optimised. Layla's voicelines will also be optimised further.
Feedback:
I think what can be done so that the SMART CHOICE OF TARGETS WITH SKILLS is fixed on the heroes when you point at him! Since, without this, it is difficult to direct the hero to the need in the crowd! (Project NEXT)
Reply: We will try and implement this feature in the original server as soon as possible.
Feedback:
Bring back summoner in magic chess.. So many player just use asassin to win.when i play. I cannot play until round 8 or 7 finish end....
Reply: The balance of Magic Chess has been adjusted in the latest patch. Players can experience the new adjustments.
Feedback:
Hai Simadam, i am writing this form actually to complain about the new version of the CHESS GAME.. May i add that i have been playing the chess really really quite often.. and i”m really dispointed after you changed to this version.. from my deep inner self to have fun have slowly going down because of this new version.. before i’ve always played this CHESS GAME and that version (THE OLD VERSION) had made me enjoyed soo soo much about the game.. and i bet a lot of people had felt the same way as i do.. this NEW VERSION IS ACTUALLY MAKING THE GAME MORE COMPLICATED.. if its hard or something i dont mind because i love challenge but this version is JUST PLAIN COMPLICATED AND NONSENSE.. i hope u consider this.. and hope to get the old FUN CHESS GAME AS BEFORE! Thank you have a nice day hopefully better then the day i have today playing this NONSENSE CHESS!
Reply: Thank you for your feedback regarding Magic Chess. We will discuss this issue and hopefully provide players with the best Magic Chess experience.
Feedback:
The magic chess update sucks! There is no balance, again the same problem with super-strong combinations that everyone collects and there is no way to implement an interesting combination of heroes. No variety, boring. The drops of heroes in shops are too random. And the game is like pure randomness, no matter how much you try, it all depends on how the store decides. I will pray to the store and go play, maybe he will be supportive this time!
Reply: There has been many balancing adjustments to Magic Chess in the newest update. Players can now experience these changes in game.
Feedback:
chess tournament always in the midnight or early morning in Eastern standard time. People in Canada never have the chance to involve.
Reply: Sorry for the inconvenience. This will be fixed in the coming patch 08.
Feedback:
Undo button when selling heroes in Magic Chess to avoid accidentally selling a hero
Reply: Yes! This sounds brilliant. We will consider your suggestion.
Feedback:
:in magic chess pls doing statistics overall season and current season plsss.
Reply: A lot of players are enjoying the game mode and have been giving serious time to play the game. Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider it.
Feedback:
Please change the basic attack of protti. I suggest that make his basic attack like benedetta wherein it hold the basic attack button and charge it. It was may better to protti if his basic attack is like that. Its difficult during team fight to attack opponent because sometimes it was so slow. And assasins will easily kill this new hero. By basic attack like benedetta protti will have a higher chance to commit in teamfight or even he is in solo lane
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. Slow attack speed is the signature of Protti. However, we will further optimise the game play experience of using him.
Feedback:
:I would like Alice Queen of Apocalypse to have revamp on her skill effect like in the survey
Reply: We will implement this on the Original Server as soon as possible.
Feedback:
Can you optimize the size of the male character.Or reduced the size of Alucard model to make it look equal. Thank you
Reply: Our heroes have different sizes and shapes. Therefore there will be differences to the size and height of various heroes.
Feedback:
Remove helcurt from mayhem mirror. Can't play against him at all. Can't see, can't move, can't fight. It's a literal on sided-match. Black screen one time, half the team dead.
Reply: The winrate of Helcurt is not very high. However, we will have a discussion regarding this issue. Thank you for your suggestion.
Feedback:
I suggest that you should put synergies in 5 versus 5 battles. And also for the items in battle, put some new features where you can upgrade the items to make heroes unpredictable and less boring to use so that meta won't matter anymore so even non meta heroes will be often used also in ranked games
Reply: Yes. We can add this as an Easter Egg.
Feedback:
Please improve the Angela 'Summer Vibes' skin..
Comparing it with her 'Scream Doll' skin, and their prices. The 'Scream Doll' effects are better
But the Summer Vibes skin is so pretty.
Reply: Thank you for stating your opinion about this. We will review this.

Let us edit our emblems and change the talents in game during draft pick
Reply: We are discussing how we can revamp the emblem system. We will put this into consideration when reworking the emblem system. Thank you for your suggestion.
Feedback:
Reasons sea halberd sucks:
  1. Not every physical hero can make good use of the 25% attack speed
  2. The antiheal only procs on basic attacks unlike Necklace of Durance so it has worse spread
  3. It costs too much for what it gives. +80 physical attack and +25% attack speed for 2350 gold. Compare this to necklace which is 2110 gold and gives +65 magic power, +10% cd reduction, and +10% magic lifesteal. Yes you can buy deadly blade first for the antiheal in the early game and finish halberd later but it doesn't mean that the halberd stats are good enough especially for the price.
Buff suggestion
  1. Reduce sea halberd full price to 2100-2200 gold
  2. Increase antiheal duration from 3s to 5s for both deadly blade and sea halberd. Since it cannot be spread on multiple targets using skills like necklace, it should at least last longer since it's single target.
  3. Reduced deadly blade price to 1000 gold and adjust the crafting price of sea halberd accordingly
OPTIONAL buff if price is not reduced : Add +15 physical penetration, an additional stat that's useful for most physical heroes. If you won't lower the price then adding this will at least make it more worth it"
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. This item is intended for auto attack based heroes to equip. That is why this item also provides some attack speed stats for these heroes. As this item largely counters all heal and shield based heroes, we would not want it to have the same damage as other damage items of the same price. However, the antiheal effect is relatively weaker than Necklace of Durance. We will consider making adjustments to improve its passive effect.
Feedback:
I would like the devs to censor the words "nazi" and "Hitler". Every 10th game (I'm from Germany and have the flag ingame) I'm getting called a nazi just because some people are waaayyy too toxic. It's bugging me for the past 3 years and still nothing happened.
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We're very sorry to hear that you experienced such harassment. We will collect and censor these words as soon as possible.
Feedback:
Devs should really focus nerfing this strategy instead of just nerfing the heroes used in this strategy. Nerfing claude, karrie, kimmy and granger has done a great impact in this strategy, but there are other heroes capable of using this strategy, fighters especially. This strategy is fun for ranking up but it kinda feels boring because that's making the game just like MMORPG where the whole team goes to one lane and fight with the enemies most of the time instead of a MOBA... Devs should really nerf the strategy instead of the heroes used, considering u have so many heroes in this game, after nerfing one there are always more options who can be used as a hyper carry, let's not even talk about the old hero revamps yet. Even if you nerf the current fighters being used as a hyper carry, at that time those revamped heroes will be another alternative and this cycle just goes on and on. Many people might not like nerfing roam item but the whole point is to elimante hyper. Please nerf roam's sharing gold duration from 9 minutes to lesser, in such a way that the tank users will not be affected but carry will be affected. The only way you can eliminate this strategy is do an impactful nerf, remove lithowanderer or revert the old buff system. Ever since the release of two buffs, the game has not been balanced for quite some time.
The mage meta long time ago where Esme Lunox Harith were top picks have more fun compared to now, at least not that boring. Devs are less likely to revert the 2 buff system, but devs please really eliminate this strategy entirely.
MMs now can be late game heroes like what they are supposed to be, but still the enemies can play hyper fighters which make you stand no chance to drag late game. MMs are greatly affected by this update."
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We would not like to see the game having only one strategy. We are in the midst of making battlefield adjustments and hope this will introduce more strategies to the game. These adjustments will be implemented in the next season update. We will also continue to observe the strategies used and collect feedback regarding the gameplay to make necessary adjustments.
Feedback:
An option aside from mmr, local and world rank. To be able to display current season WR instead of just overall WR or both. I can have a 90% WR of a hero in the current season but 51% in overall matches which doesn't really reflect how good im with the said hero currently
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We will add in this feature in upcoming patches. This feature is in its design phase, please stay tuned! Hope you can continue to give us your high quality feedback.
Feedback:
This may be very minor, but please work on your hero randomization in brawl mode. I got Yu Zhong 4 games in a row, and the other choices I simply did not know how to use. I kept losing because I suck at using Yu Zhong, though I really tried holding out, and my teammates all hated me. I know I'll basically have to practice more, and I have no problem with that. I have zero background in games like MLBB, and I'm at Master rank so I'm really just starting out. I just feel like I wasn't given enough options
Reply: Brawl mode randomly picks heroes from the players' hero pool and free heroes available. The chances of getting the same hero multiple times will reduce if the player purchases more heroes.
Feedback:
Can you nerf Esmeralda's shield? Imagine this getting full shield. Even though you have necklace of durance, it's nothing
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We have reduced Esmeralda's shield in the previous patch. Current in-game statistics indicates that she is relatively balanced. We understand that many players have been critical about the shield of Esmeralda. We are discussing different proposals to adjust the hero so that players are more satisfied.

Feedback:
Too much negative player said n look down to team or enemy team with their national words and shortcut ENG words
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. Having a positive chat environment for players has always been our aim over the years. We will increase the collection of curse words to censor in-game. We will continue to optimise this area of the game.

Player felt that matchmaking is unfair, where low rank players are matched with very high rank players.
The new Rank system in Project NEXT is worse than ever. Almost every mythic is being matched up with mythics.
Players shared their experiences and are still asking that the matchmaking system of MLBB be improved/fixed.
Players are still complaining about the matchmaking system
Reply: In the upcoming update, we will optimise the matchmaking algorithm, such as increasing the weightage of rank, adjust the calculation of the overall ability of the team, and take into account the in-game performance of each player. Please stay tuned.
We will continue to explore the balance between fair matchmaking and matchmaking time. This is to provide the best possible matchup for all players.

Many players agree that systema shouldn't detect them or ban them with feeder behavior because sometime they just have lower skill than opponent and be killed easily so should let teammate report them and then punish
Reply: We are optimising the detection of intentional feeding. This will greatly reduce the chances of misjudgement.
Feedback:
stricter measures for players who are defrauding the global ranking!!!!
Reply: We will review all reports and systems in order to punish players who are fraudulent in gaining hero winrate. We will increase the punishment towards these players in the future and display their profiles publicly to denounce them.
Feedback:
Player hope to have stricter punishments towards cheating players.
Reply: We have been optimising the punishments for different violations. There will be an update in the near future to implement the new punishments.

Add a charging/channeling time indicator for Brody’s basic attacks. for the hero protti if you could put a bar for its basic attact so their would be an idea of how long is the casting time of its basic attack just like benedetta thanks
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We will design an indicator that best suits Brody.

Pls bring back the old Pharaa wherein she only has 7 seconds Ultimate CD, I kinda miss the old Pharsa. it really makes her unique in that way, She can zone/protect her allies from far a mile away because of her old ultimate but the new revamp Pharsa kinda OP but its not fun anymore to use Pharsa since her Ult CD is now longer. plsss Anything I would do just to bring the old Pharsa. please hear me out. This is the only and last thing I could wish for?
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. The revamped Pharsa is relatively popular at the moment so we will have to observe a bit more and see if necessary adjustments are needed.

Hi Moontoon,
I just checked out Barats new ultimate skill. The first thing that comes in my mind is ""Tham Kench"". His skill looks almost similar to one of the League of Legends (LoL) hero called Tham Kench, especially the part when Barats use his tongue to devour enemies. Tham Kench also does the same thing. Even though I'm MLBB fan. I must agree with them that the skill is copied and no originality. You need to modify/change it ASAP before LoL fan bash you. Here my suggestion for his ultimate.
-Instead of use tongue to devour enemy. Barats lock and charge towards enemy and devour him/her. Then give Barats movement speed bonus which allow him to escape. -Duration of digestion depends on Barats current size -Damage also depends on Barats size -After digestion, restore Barats health. If enemy not die yet, then spit it
Thats all for my feedback and critiques
Regards, MLBB Fan
Reply: Thank you for your in-depth suggestion and your care for the game, this has been fixed.
Feedback:
Make minsitthar skill more damage. Because it's too hard to play solo
Reply: We have plans to revamp Minsitthar in September, please stay tuned!
Feedback:
khaleed is to much, he can damage all enemies and tank their damage im suggesting that it should be nerfed, he can 1 shot enemies and escape like nothing happen and the cooldown is very low
Reply: Khaleed has many strengths such as high damage, sustain and tankiness. However, he can still be beaten.
His first skill requires it to hit every time to maximise the damage. His second skill can be cancelled by crowd control. Players can focus on him with a crowd control skill in order to easily kill him.
We will continue to observe the performance of the hero, and make necessary adjustments based on in-game statistics and players' feedback.

I would like for mlbb to add a custom emblem setting features while in draft pick in ranked or when picking hero in classic, what I mean is you can custom your own emblem while picking hero and not just in a lobby. This will make it easier for player to set up their emblem base on the situation that they are gonna face. This is because some player will not have a right emblem and talent that are suitable for the hero that they pick, and they can't change the emblem because it can only change in lobby. So by adding this feature, player will have a great opportunity to adjust their situation. My other suggestion is that you can remove the emblem page to make it more balance since you can already change the emblem while selecting hero.
Reply: We have plans to revamp the emblem system. We will consider your suggestions when revamping it. Thank you for your suggestion.
Feedback:
You made me play in your next project test I could not play with who I want and then you just give me rewards that only new player need it I do not actually use it why? Why always your rewards are the same .I do not need tickets I do not need a battle point I have more than enough give me something I can actually use my account with high level I do not need all your rewards .I am not a new player thank you
Reply: Update rewards are intended for the large player base. Therefore we will prioritise items that are more common. However, we will consider adding some extra update rewards for large updates in the future.
Feedback:
1st : miya's passive should change depending on the color of her skills effects. Example : Suzuhime should be pink not blue.
2nd : Eudora conductor effects colors should be according also to the effect of the skin. Her ultimate wwith the conducter effect is a little bit slow so i think you should make it a little bit faster.
3rd: Saber is a little bit powerful in late game. You should make the skin effect better because the legend skin and epic skinbof saber is like the basic skin.
4th: The new Alucard is balance. You should also make the skin of him better because it looks like the basic skin also.
5th: Layla is super weak in the early game, she could be easily kill by a fighter, mage, and assasin. I think you should improve her skill to make her easily able to escape to cc skills of meta heroes right
6th: Zilong is super weak in both early game and late game you she could be easily killed you should improve his 1st skill and ulti.
Hope you do well.
Reply: Miya: Thank you for your suggestion, we will design skill effects that are in line with her various skins.
Layla: Thank you for your suggestion, we will make adjustments based on her in-game statistics.
Feedback:
In my opinion, AI is unuseful, because even when he is trying to help he only interrupted the rest of the team. An iteresting solution would be the command bar for bots, where we could select what the bot should do like stay in base, defend the tower or attack. Awards in Heavenly Tasks don't motivate players to do them. In my opinion for the awards in these tasks should be mechanism like in the Lucky Spin. I mean in the prize pool should be statues and skins that are hard to get and things that helps us to take part in lottery. The prize pool should be changed every month. Nice for the players would be a chance to play more in the Arcade Mode. In my opinion for one season should be 3 modes. That will encourage new players.
Reply: We are continuously improving the performance of AI. We believe in the future, AI can provide the much needed assistance to get the win.
Feedback:
The minimap displays the mid tower on the river. I think it is a bug. Also, is it really OK that you gain daily quest on AI games? Thanks

  1. We will review this.
  2. This is to cater for players who like to play AI games. Therefore, we will not make changes.

About Zilong:
I noticed two strange behaviours
  1. When Zilong has the Golden Staff the item's Passiv Unique-Endless Strike makes Zilong trigger the new passive after 2 strikes instead of 3.
  2. When Zilong gets 14% of Cooldown Reduction (or more) the passive's new healing effect triggers 2 times instead of one.
The new healing effect of Zilong doesn't look like much of a help, since Zilong profit more on speed and critical. And in case you build it up with heavy atrack damage the amount if healing doesn't compensate at all, making him totally unsustainable. The healing effect in the mid/late game makes almost no difference on a big scale. I think that if the healing would work with some kind of level-scaling System, or depending on some HP% of the enemy being gutted, that would be more helpful.
Reply: Hey there! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will review this.
Feedback:
I suggest adding an equipment for attack range. It will be very useful on Marksman charaters because some heroes are marksman but in very short range making them very easy target to assasins during team fight.
I suggest fair matchmaking for example match players to there level players or maybe in accordance to their emblems level but still depends on their ranks.
Reply: Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider this when we release new items. However, we are now focused on optimising the performance of each item.
Feedback:
I have encountered an issue with the new Eudora. Whenever I use the Elite Skin “Christmas Carnival”, it only stays in one pose. I would like you guys to fix this as it is quite bothersome.
Reply: We will require more information and screenshots in order to provide a fix for this issue.
Feedback:
First of all, I was happy with most of the revamped heroes. I do have some suggestions regarding some of the heroes.
I just feel like Zilong’s new passive is somewhat inferior to the old one. I would highly suggest to change the damage output for that one.
Next is for Miya. Her damage output in the late game is just too much. I’m not saying that you guys should decrease it but given some extra mobility from the ult, and the new 2nd skill makes her a marksman that can do a turnaround kill which is somewhat not amusing.
Lastly is for the battlefield. I have experienced a problem in the map “Celestial Palace” which the turrets appear as orbs when I have downloaded all of the resources.
That is all THANK YOU!!"
Reply: Zilong: Regarding the damage of Zilong, we will make adjustments in the upcoming patch.
Miya: We will slightly reduce her late game damage.
Battlefield: We will review this.

2020.09.12 11:00 Sonics_Art Main Street - Online RPG & Tycoon Game - Alpha Test "Achievement" Feature Details

Main Street - Online RPG & Tycoon Game - Alpha Test

A comprehensive visual diagram of all the new achievements currently planned to come to Main Street.

For those of you unfamiliar with or new to the game, Main Street is a passion project created by me and u/RiverForgeGames. It is currently in very early development and will combine a ton of game elements that we love (business management, tycoon style gameplay, gathering, fishing, treasure hunting, RPG elements like dungeoneering, player housing, pets, and - most of all - a friendly and welcoming community).

It's totally free to play for everyone and requires no download (it is playable in a web browser) but if you enjoy the game and would like to support us, we will be adding a monthly premium subscription based off our current Patreon tiers where we will add exciting rewards and cosmetics.

To learn more about the game, join our Discord and ask any questions you'd like or check out the blog posts on our official website.

This is our first alpha test where we are opening up our alpha testing applications publicly with very little sign-up information required. We typically host alpha tests every two weeks, depending on how much time new feature implementation will take, and we would love for you to join a test any time to try out the game and offer us feedback!

If you would like to do so, you can apply here to become an alpha tester. If you are accepted, we will send an e-mail with further instructions about how to play!

A Main Street logo image with visual examples of Character Customization, Shop Decoration, Pickable Fruit, and Pets.

Today's alpha test is almost ready and with it are some exciting new changes.

Leading up to this alpha test, one of the most received pieces of feedback we've gotten from Main Street's current alpha testers is that the gameplay feels too fast-paced.

A diligent or strategic player can progress rapidly during just one play session in the current game. We've discussed slowing progress down for a long time and adding objectives to make progress feel more earned and rewarding, but this alpha test we're bringing that idea to life.

Now when you open a new shop, you will be able to pick the theme of your store (Bakery, Pet Store, Wedding Boutique, Taco Shop, or Cafe) and you'll be given the opportunity to choose a specialization for that shop.

There are three specializations that we've introduced and each will determine your primary goals, focus, and playstyle: Popular, Profitable, and Bustling.

These will largely impact your ability to purchase larger shop buildings, so it is important to choose a specialty you feel fits your playstyle best. Here's a brief explanation of the core focuses of each:

Popular - It's not enough for your store to be just another shop on Main Street. You want everyone to know your business as the most well-liked, sought-after, and admired store around. Your goal is to catch the eye of everyone on Main Street and be more well known than your competitors.

Profitable - You're a ruthless business owner with one goal on your mind: Bringing in lumps of cash. You want to live lavishly on piles of your own money and be known as the wealthiest entrepreneur around. Why run a shop if you're not raking in the dough, anyway? You're all about the strategy of making as much cash as you possibly can.

Bustling - Chasing after popularity and money never really appealed to you as much as it did to other business owners. You're most interested in keeping your shop busy. You want to run a store that's full of activity, and your focus will be making sure your business always stays energetic and lively.

Although your specialty impacts the expansion of your shop, you will still need to complete goals across all specialties (and some objectives that are not related to specialties) in order to unlock certain things. Here are some of the core examples:

Popularity - Unlocks new types of store decorations & Wedding Boutique Theme
Bustling - Unlocks the ability to hire multiple employees & Taco Shop Theme
Profit - Raises the maximum wage you are allowed to pay employees

New Store - Building more shop shelves unlocks additional decore objects
Selling Stock - Selling items of each stock type will unlock new stock types and shelf upgrades
Receivable Wage - Raise your own wage cap by stocking items for other businesses or earning a certain amount of money working for other stores

We hope these new changes will add more longevity, meaningfulness, and a bigger sense of accomplishment and overarching progress to Main Street.

Our next alpha test is at 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Standard Time on 09/12/2020 (Today). Don't forget to sign up here if you'd like to play.

Can't wait to hear your feedback!

TLDR: For today's alpha, you can choose if you want your shop to be Popular, Profitable, or Bustling and your core achievements/objectives will match that choice. Completing a variety of in-game tasks will reward you with new stock to sell, shop themes, decore objects, and store locations/building sizes.

2020.09.09 21:39 LordMitre The price of bad decisions in Clash Royale compared to COC

coc is a game that can be played offline
meaning, you don’t have to be online to your base be attacked
CR is online, you can only have a match if you are online at the same time as the other person
if a bad decision os done in coc, players leave, but that’s not that bad since abandoned bases are easier to attack, independent if that player was a pro or a casual (the first that leaves are casuals)
so a bad decision in coc yields easier gameplay, allowing players to stay (the fanbase)
(fanbase are people who loves the game like all of us in this sub, independent of they hype of the moment)
but in CR things are different, you have to be present at the same time as another person to have a match
if a bad decision is done, the first players to leave the game are always casuals, pros tend to stat longer, hence why they are pros
as casuals leave the game, matchmaking will become harder and harder to find an opponent in your level/arena, making you be matched with a pro since the casuals left
and because the casuals left, you are now facing pros non-stop, making the game extremely boring
and that creates an incentive for the fanbase to also leave the game, which again forces matchmaking to make you face even more skilled opponents making the game also boring to you, and making you leave, the cycle repeats
but the cycle repeating is not the problem, every time this cycle repeats, it becomes stronger, also known as death spiral
in coc, abandoned bases still allow gameplay
in cr, abandoned collections does not allow gameplay
a bad decision is expensive in CR, and can take down the game entirely if it’s not fixed quickly enough
there are many people in this sub with great ideas on how to improve gameplay
the dev team literally has a huge base of free beta testers that can tell what is or is not a good idea
meaning, the community is a great source of info and opinions on what is or isn’t a good idea, all CR need to do is not only listen to the community, but also use the community to improve development
all this needs is having more communication between the devs and us
what are you planning to do? what are the thought CR team have in mind for the next update? what’s being worked on?
there is a ton of feedback from this, yet it feels that “we did this update this way because we wanted to”, without any regard of whether it was a good idea or not
I really hope this update does not kill the game, I have had 2 people leaving my clan since they said they are going to stop playing the game and they didn’t joined any other clan in the meantime
like drew said “why don’t you just have an active clan to do war?”
I tell you “why don’t you just not kill your game?”

2020.09.07 09:32 Potato_On_Fire087 Can new players learn the game maybe?

Getting clapped by seemingly really good people everytime I play , they hit everything and I cant seem to hit them..
Go into a match , loot for 5 or so minutes , see some people , fight , get third partied by REALLY good people and ultimately annihilated.
And the thing is , its always someone with a TTV in their name or with a "Pre-alpha tester" title that kills me.
doesent help that the people in my squad are also new players.
Theres a lot of depth in this game , and I cant undoubtedly learn it in training because its not 1/2 elements only that I need to test , theres 6 elements and assuming my team vs enemy team is 6 players and we all have different classes , thats 6 classes , 12 gauntlets , god knows how many different combinations especially when you can combine with your teammates and with the enemies spells and sorceries. I simply cant practice all of that in training.
Guess I wish for some ranked mode or some fairness in the matchmaking , I would also love an arena mode because this game fits it so well.
Thats it , see you later spellbreak.

2020.09.06 07:49 Ribboter An Overview of the Demo And my Thoughts

What I will and will not use in this review:
Will:
Will not:
Love and Support [Demo - Disclaimer Bit]
If you want to support the Developer, I recommend taking a long look at what he's done. He's gotten around 3 to 4 years to benefit from Patreon funds, which at its peak was $5000+, he's blatantly lied about having a S. Doll, despite evidence directly proving so, and he's given the few remaining fans of the game a initially broken demonstration of a game, which has taken 6 long years to develop, with some road-bumps.
But if you're a dedicated fan, and wish to continue referring to any negative criticism of Yandere Simulator as being accosted with Gremlins, please understand the following:
Day 0 - Prerelease [Shortened Timeline before the Demo]
April 2014 - The game is originally referenced on 4Chan.
September 2016 - The final non-rival specific elimination method [Match-matching] is added; The official rival introduction video releases.
October 2016 - The development on Osana official begins.
December 2016 - Mission Mode is added to the core game.
January 2017 - The "Mystery Obstacle" [Raibaru] is referenced for the first time.
November 2017 - The "Senpai Rejects Rival" Elimination Method is added for Osana.
December 2017 - The Student Council is showcased.
February 2018 - Bullies are showcased.
April 2018 - Delinquents are officially characters in the game, and not just static models.
August 2018 - Multiple new characters, clubs, etc are showcased.
November 2018 - "Hate and Shame" releases.
July 2019 - Raibaru is officially showcased as who she is.
August 2019 - You can join the Delinquents now.
October 2019 - The finalized Street Location is added in.
April 2020 - "Snap Mode" is added after 6 Years of waiting. Yandere Dev goes silent on YouTube.
August 31st, 2020 - Osana finally arrived.
Day 1 - Launch Day
After 2,344 days of waiting, the official 1st Rival, Osana Najimi is added in. We finally got to experienced what the Demo is going to be. We finally got the game that has spent 6 Years with no Objective.
And it didn't age well.
You would think that the Dev would've done what he promised, release Osana as not a glitchy-buggy mess. But what we got was just that. To name just a few of the many glitches at launch:
In short: Yes, Osana was a glitchy-buggy mess at launch.
Days 2 to 6 - Patches
Over the next five days [and counting], Yandere Dev had to release patch after patch to resolve some of the glitches of Yandere Simulators' demo. This was to say the least, unexpected. This was proof that the Dev could've developed the game much faster while under pressure, but for some reason, he didn't over the prior 2 years of making the game, and 4 years of making Osana Najimi function. As for the patches on their own, they worked in almost every instance. [Becides the previously mentioned Softlock]
But with those patches, this leaves me questioning if Osana was ever tested by somebody besides Yandere Dev himself. If he actually had beta-testers, we wouldn't need 5+ days of patches, just for Osana to function. But as we know, the Dev communicates as well as Plants and Animals.
Today - My current thoughts on the Demo
With all of this in mind, I'll be fair to for now ignore the glitches, and give the benefit that the Dev will eventually fix everything out. If these all are resolved, what do I legitimately think of Osana Najimi as who she would be if everything worked.
As of now, I'm overall disappointed with the theoretical best case scenario of a bugless Osana.
Osana Najimi overall feels too uninteresting as a target to defeat. With her taking four bloody years, I would've expected more out of the biggest addition as of 2020. Her design is supposed to be the introductory Rival, but she doesn't do a great job at being logically difficult. The only reason why you aren't intended to kill Osana at the very start is because of her overpowered ally, Raibaru.
Raibaru Fumetsu - The most powerful character in the Demo
At first glance to the casual observer, Raibaru doesn't seem that powerful, she just seems like a friend of Osana. But then when you try to traditionally attack Osana [When Raibaru is around] or Raibaru herself, she becomes the most powerful character in the game. There's zero chance of killing her through standard attacks, as she'll immediately take you down.
So how would you learn this information without outside help? Well, there's only three real methods to find out:
  1. You try to attack Raibaru and lose.
  2. You know that [Raibaru] Fumetsu translates to "Immortal Rival".
  3. You pull out your phone, take a picture of her, and then Send it to infochan, and then you'll see the tiny bit of text noting that her strength is "Invincible".
But then how is she Invincible in the Lore?
If you're the ~1% of People that have looked at the Yandere Simulator Character Bio of Raibaru, you'll find the following information:
Exactly one year before Yandere Simulator takes place, Raibaru was the president of the Martial Arts Club. She was a very good teacher, and taught many students self-defense, even if they weren't actually members of the club. Many students underestimated Raibaru due to her cute and girly appearance. A lot of students challenged her to duels, believing that they could easily defeat her...but she never lost a single match. She was very proud of her 100% win streak. It earned her the nickname of "The Indestructible Rival".
Raibaru's star pupil was Budo. Budo learned many things from his sensei Raibaru, and held an immense amount of respect for her. At the end of the semester, Budo unexpectedly challenged Raibaru to a duel. She accepted his challenge, and to everyone's surprise, Budo defeated Raibaru, shattering the 100% win streak that she had worked so hard to maintain. However, Raibaru was not angry when she was defeated; she was relieved! ...
In Short: Raibaru was in Martial Arts, she lost to Budo, she was relieved, she's friends with Osana.
Then how is she more powerful th~
It's not explained in the game or in the lore, and I don't have all day to be Yandere Dev.
No Proper Tutorial Mode
As of the current state of the Demo, there isn't much of a tutorial for the casual player. There's the Info-Chan tutorials, but that's just some textboxes, explaining things as you play. There's no way to learn these features, outside of being told through textboxes, which if the player disables them [and decides not to re-enable them], they may be confused on some mechanics.
Even with these textboxes, some information such as personalty types aren't fully explained, forcing the player to externally research about the 15 or so personality types of each and every character, which then requires the player to check through using the Send Feature of Info-Chan in order to know who has what personality the first time around; or naturally find out the personalities, which will take a long while.
Clubs are Unbalanced
Within the current state of the Yandere Simulator Demo, the multitude of clubs have a wide range of viability overall. But the big problem overall is the underpowered and overpowered features of some clubs over another.
One of the more common secondary perks of Clubs is the ability to carry around X Weapon without being considered suspicious [Seen in Cooking, Sports, and Gardening]. But why use X Weapon, when there's Scissors and the Box Cutter that allow you to carry around without being considered suspicious?
As for Primary Perks, those can either be hit or miss. With the Sports club for instance, you get access to slightly faster running speed. But there's the Gaming Club, where you can get access to buffing one of your perks for that day, including your running speed.
What could explain the imbalance?
One possibility, as described by MafeKrug, could be the existence of Clubs prior to the initial Development of Osana Najimi, the introduction Rival. Without her, it's hard to tell how powerful a club should be. However, another possibility could've been that Kokona was originally going to be one of the Rivals, but ended up being scrapped in the main game, which could explain why the Dev initially spend so many resources on a background character that weren't going to be utilized, along side the original Club Balance.
Player Customization still doesn't Exist without Debug
Despite the fact there's settings in the Debug Menu [Which you can gain access to in the Demo by beating Osana] which allows you to modify your hairstyle and funny bits, along side being able to customize your Senpai and both Male and Female clothing, you can't actually customize your character without debug, even though that would only take a few hours to program, if that.
Extra Content
So, let's say you've beaten Osana, and actually enjoyed her overall. From there, what can you do? Well, you can eliminate her with the other elimination methods, there's the extra Debug features and Easter Eggs, and there's Mission Mode. At least with Mission Mode, there's some variety with the alternative mode, which can be a fun distraction every now and then. But after you've gotten bored of that, there's not much else to do in the current state of the game. There's no Female Senpai, no 1980s Mode, no other alternative gamemode, no easy way to modify student schedules, and Speedrunning the actual demo isn't too interesting in concept, as you're mostly just waiting around to find the opening to get rid of Osana asap, or rushing through some events to finish the Demo in a specific way. There's only two main modes, debug features, and some extra ways to stop Osana.
How Quickly Can You Kill Osana as Intended [Spoiler Bits]
Outside of abusing corners, the fastest method of Killing Osana is Drowning, Stabbing, or Poisoning her on Monday during Lunchtime. If you want to want to use any of these methods, you'll want to get 25/50 Panty Shots [Or 3/5 Bug Placements] for Emetic Poison or Lethal Poison. If you want to specifically Poison her, get Lethal Poison, and poison Osana to death. Otherwise, get Emetic Poison, and either Drown or Stab her. Congratulations, you've beaten the Demo on Monday ingame.
Demo Epilogue [Bigger Spoilers]
~If you haven't beaten or seen the ending yet, hold on, and beat the demo for yourself~
In Short, you get to watch Senpai talk to Amai about how Osana is gone in some way or another, and she cheers him up. For one reason or another, this cutscene isn't animated because "please make the crowdfunded campaign successful." You get a message from Info about your next Rival, and the Demo official ends with a small demo section to explain some of the benefits of the campaign succeeding.
My Overall Thoughts Recap and Conclusion
To recap of my main points:
As a whole, I felt Osana left me with an unsatisfying ending, still wondering if the product was ever going to be completed, and making me fully realize that this game didn't do what I wanted.
It's disappointed me, and after all of this, I'm probably gonna be taking an break from playing the game. I may one day revisit the demo if the Dev steps up his plans, and fixes the demo, but that's unlikely at this rate of development.
You, the reader, can make a decision to continue supporting Yandere Dev or leave him for other projects, or just move on with your life.

2020.09.03 18:27 ISpyOnTheFBI The Lost Azur Lane part 19-Desperation

First of I need to warn some of you, there is some language used in this part. Now on to the story...

At the speed Daniel was moving, radar would have thought he was a missile. He was Tearing through the vast ocean with the other shipgirls doing their best to match speed. They we're headed to The foxes' last known location.
Amagi had sent out a distress call. Her mission with the commander she and the foxes were helping had turned into a terrible trap. As Soon as The Academy got the message, they started preparing to send a strike force. Daniel was part of that strike force which in included Suzuya, Fiji, Junyou, Atago, and Takao. Everyone was at their top speed trying to make it to the battle, Daniel included. His Breathing was at a heavy pant as anger welled up inside him. Suddenly he picked up something on his radar.
"I have a contact! Get ready..." A growl in his voice was becoming apparent.
.........................................................................................
-Flashback-
Amagi, Akagi, Kaga and Tosa were sailing with their Allies from IronBlood. Bismarck, Frederich Der Grosse and Roon. The seven of them were a terrifying force to face even for Sirens however they were only as good as the commanding officer in charge, like the individual onboard the flagship of the formidable fleet of shipgirls and warships.
His black hair and crimson red eyes gave off an imposing aura. He was IronBlood's newest and most promising commander, Stefan Von Wolff. He had little respect for Kansen but even that was more than most. He commanded most of the IronBlood fleet and was on a mission to hunt the siren known as Tester along with another Siren by the name of Purifier. Their location was deep in the Devil's Triangle and there was a sizable Siren force being gathered there. This mission was going to be a difficult one, but the commander didn't think so. He had amassed a brilliant fleet that could wipe out any force...
Or so he thought...
-Present-
Bismarck was down, Akagi and Kaga were Barely holding on with so much enemy fire, Roon's shields were going to fail anytime soon and even her rage was not going to be enough, Frederich and Amagi were not in good shape either.
The IronBlood fleet that Commander Stefan had amassed was nearly destroyed. Only 2 out of 20 were left and even those two were slowly sinking. So many men, dead. A stray shot hit Amagi, sending her flying. Akagi and Kaga immediately rushed to her.
"AMAGI-NEE-SAMA!/AMAGI-SAN!"
The surviving group of the fleet were grouped up in a circle surrounded by numerous sirens. Purifier being one of them.
"Hahahaha, to think Roon is having trouble with some sirens, Hahahahahahaha, You're all a bunch of retards for thinking your fleet was ever going to be able to stop us!"
"This...Is UNFORGIVABLE! I'LL TEAR YOU APART YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SCRAP!"
Roon's Anger was seething at the Siren but she was preoccupied with the swarms of Sirens charging her. There was enough of them to handle her bloodlust and rage. Purifier's confidence was almost overwhelming her.
"Oh go suck a chode bitch, even you can't do jack shit to us with these numbers"
Her language was... vulgar to say the least, she felt so powerful seeing her vengeful enemy being overrun slowly but surely. Frederich was protecting Bismarck as much as she could along with Stefan who was in a life boat, shooting at what he could with his gun.
Amagi was also out of commission. Akagi and Kaga along with Tosa surrounded her and protected her. There wasn't much they could do at this point but slow the advance of sirens. Purifier started walking towards the group of foxes. With Roon being dealt with and Frederich Der Grosse unable to stop the Sirens, her safety was assured.
She was headed for Amagi to find out what she learned about the King Of Blades and to end her before that information had spread. Her slow walk gave the other ships time to try and stop her but they couldn't. The onslaught of Sirens wasn't letting up, there were no openings.
Purifier slowly prepared her rigging's weapon systems as the other Sirens started bringing down Akagi and Kaga, Tosa was too distracted to be able to help. She walked over to Amagi, standing over her as she looked her in the eye.
"My my Amagi, you're not looking so good, what's the matter, cough acting up again?"
Amagi didn't have any energy to reply to Purifier's Sarcastic tone. Purifier contined.
"You see, you saw something you shouldn't have and survived something you shouldn't have. Now, because of that boy, I need to kill you so you can't spread that knowledge about him."
She pointed her cannon at Amagi's face. Suddenly something caught her attention. Her face immediately turned from a grin to a pale terror. Before she could react, an intense beam of energy cut her legs in half, Incinerating her kneecaps. The Siren collapsed to the water as She screamed in agony, gaining all the attention of all of the combatants, both siren and Shipgirl, as well as The commander.
Everybody froze. Something was in the air... The Sirens felt it... The shipgirls felt it... Even Stefan could feel the sudden cold in the atmosphere. Amagi already knew what this was. A small smile appeared of her face as she lost consciousness.
The Sirens also started realising what was the cold meant. Their new found terror gripped them like a vice. Roon and Frederich didn't know what this feeling was or why the Sirens looked so terrified. Roon was slightly shocked to find something that struck more fear in them than her. The Sirens had immediately backed off putting plenty of distance between them and the shipgirls. They had left Purifier lying on the water screaming in pain.
From the fog of war, that had been surrounding the battlefield, stepped out a young man his hand smoking. Energy was emanating from his body. Parts of his body had caught fire like Akagi and Kaga's bodies when they were in battle mode.
It was Daniel... But wait. His face was twisted in a Sadistic rage his eyes, burning with blue fire, biomechanical tendrills protruding from his upper back forming a bone like structure of wings with energy pulsing through them.
The other shipgirls who had come with him rushed to the different injured allies. The young man walked past the remnant group of survivors, glancing at Amagi's unconscious body. He once again regained composure. A grin of Pure sadism appeared on his face. Akagi slowly asked, unsure of the response she'd get back
"...Daniel-kun?..."
The young man simply turned his head to acknowledge the fox lady, his grin still on his face and his eyes wide open, burning with the same flames Akagi used.
"Daniel is not in at the moment... he has given me control of this body..."
The young man standing in front of the shipgirls was no longer Daniel... It was the King Of Blades in all his terrifying glory.

Oooh boy I love what is about to happen next, I hope you love this as much as I do because it is going to be awesome😁😁 Stay tuned😁👍

2020.09.02 20:20 DrexXxor Update Feedback

Being an ex developer, beta and alpha tester, I figured instead of barking and whining in other threads I should take the time to generate actual useful, non conservative feedback (as in old interface was better, to take current for what it's worth)
First level of notice : visuals I will concede that the layout, colors etc is nicely done, clean and visually well done. Outside of use on a tablet, it appears most items have become smaller in general, buttons, dice, etc. This is giving lots of blank acreage on the screen and makes the interface feel not crowded or busy. At the same time the empty space is large and unused making it feel like target practice trying to tap on something. The emptiness makes it feel rather unfinished and makes the screen visibly brighter as many have requested a dark mode, making this worse.
Second layer, items on screen. While the individual dice are now individually works of graphic art, collectively they are very busy, heavy borders of similar colors makes them all appear very similar. The primary focus of the game is the dice and their variety, which now looks more like the vast quantity of nearly indestinguishable dice. (Conservative viewpoint warning) previously the dice heavily utilized harsh color contrast schemes and patterns to make each dice stand out with some exceptions like joker\mimic and mwind\energy\mine fire\absorb etc. It was the small details that helped but was mostly focused on the borders. Which are now heavily bordered by thick similar borders reducing the identification traits. Technically speaking with 51 dice and 16 color palette, half and half color schemes could make each die definitively identifiable meters from screen. So there is a balance between stark high contrast and the current busy scheme that is hard to identify at less than 50cm.
Third layer - interface\input It seems the interface is suffering from the higher detail\rendering and becoming more sluggish, aside from bugs(later) the overall interface is slower. Especially during game play when the play field is slightly crowded, causing desynchronization and disconnects, making the game hard to play let alone maintain a session. Reconnection sync is a bug right now. Merging of dice (base game mechanic) has deteriorated over the whole rev4 cycle, making dice harder to pick up, and to land to merge. Rubber banding back to it's spot failing a merge ruins the game strategy and experience. Priority to game mechanic should preceed graphics, and embellishments.
Fourth layer - functionality. Functionality, how well it..functions.. Some items have been mentioned, like reduction of performance and merging across rev4. Calculations should run under the graphics updates and streamlining graphics should be handled on a tier level as in a different render occurs for over 4 pip vs under 4 pip, resources used to animate individual sprites for a 7pip typhoon should be a separate sprite vs attempting to render 7 sprites per cycle per monster vector. Data consolidation should also be implemented to not transmit nearly all calculations, but should sync calculations often to verify same game states. Push updates on merge tick count etc are obviously required. Higher graphic density is causing performance reductions, and as of now am unsure is extra math is being done to smoothly transition monster's on curved corners, but seems to be the case, draining calculation resources down.
Fifth - bugs -Disconnect resync is broken -Quests are not persistent per view -Dailies are on a cycle count vs completion (1\40 50 wave) -Merges are impeded -Animations are device intensive and renders are slow -Reconnection attempts are failing (purge of session) after obvious end of match -Random cycles for spawn\merge\growth are showing less RNG, intentional timing will give determined outcome. -Crew chat is losing, purging large chunks of data, also post "time" has been long broken (everything is "just now")
Lastly - wish list.. (not fixes of current state, but new\modified features) -Multi open chests (open X chests) even a 5 or 10 at a time -Deck code : a pasteable hash and import hash to share\import\export deck build and order, missing dice left blank. -crew channel links: be able to post a clickable link for things like reddit, discord invite, crew website etc. -crew mesaaging: to coincide being in crew chat, especially crews without discord. -friends list: random game partner - ability to rematch, partner invite etc.. easily done using the existing chat popup for matches from the battle history screen -online\ingame indicator crew list\battle history
I may edit to add more\change but will most likely do it in comments
Love the game, love that the creators are still creating, improving, and balancing.. keeping the game alive, keep it up guys!

2020.08.29 01:32 Romobyl Custom Design Keyboard/Keycap issues

I've had the same mechanical keyboard for over 20 years now, so I'm long overdue for a replacement. I work as a video editor, so I am using Inkscape to custom design an .svg file for my keycaps with specific icons to match my editing software. I'm a newbie when it comes to keyboards, but I've learned a lot over the past few days of research. Was hoping to get some feedback from the community on a couple of these questions:
WASD vs MAX'S KEYBOARDS: Based upon this old thread that I found, some users seem to like Max's keyboards better due to slightly greater key thickness (and they're also less expensive). Does anyone else have a preference or opinion on WASD vs Maxs'?
ABS vs PBT: I've learned that PBT is the better material due to its not wearing down and becoming shinier over time. And I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for that quality if either WASD or Max's offered that option. But neither of them do, and I don't seem to be able to find anyone else that does either. Is a custom set of PBT keys just an impossible dream?
TACTILE VS LINEAR: Near as I can tell, my current keyboard has linear switches. I went to a local Best Buy where they have a key tester to sample various Tactile and Linear switches. My decision came down to the MX Brown Tactile, and the MX Silent Red Linear. I prefer the Silent Reds, but I'm a fairly clumsy one-finger typist (I know, I know, I just never learned proper typing skills). So my question is: will linear switches make me more prone to typos with my fat clumsy fingers?
SOUND DAMPENERS: If I do end up going with the MX Browns, I wouldn't mind sound dampeners to reduce the noise. But will that make the keys feel mushy?
LASTLY: If anyone is interested, here is what my .svg file looks like on top of my custom board. This is still in progress; not all the icons are correctly colored just yet. Any feedback or opinions are welcome. Icons too big? Too Small? Too close together? Other design issues?
I would love any feedback on any/all of the above issues. Also gonna post this over in /keycapdesigners , Thanks a bunch!

2020.08.16 02:58 wiccanwarrior67 Immersive video game

Hello, my name is Elliot Black. Im a game designer and have been working on a game for the last 2 years or so. What I am about to tell you 100% real. Id use my twitter account as proof but I deleted it for reasons you will come to understand. My Twitter name was Elliot Black Studios so use the wayback machine to find it if you wish. Im a huge fan of horror games. I really enjoy being scared playing in the dark all alone. I wanted to combine horror games with immersive gaming. My game would use your own house as the map you would play in. Talk about immersive right? How did I accomplish this? To setup the game, it rewuired you to have a speaker and a microphone. Then it would use a rudimentary form of echolocation to map out your house. The better your speaker, the more detailed the map. It would then take textures that I had preloaded into the system and put them on objects that matched the default objects. This system was buggy at best and only worked about 73% of the time. You could then virtually walk around your house while sitting at your computer. I also made it so in the setup phase you could go around your house and pinpoint what objects were what so the textures could be more accurate. The goal of the game is to escape as your house had been transported to Hell. Before I added any characters I needed to get the echo system to work better than it currently was. It took me about 6 months but I finally got it to where it could produce a map in full detail about 90% of the time. Everything seemed to be going great at that point. I was working in the game making it so you could move items around to barricade yourself into an area. I was pretty tired as I had worked a 12 hour shift and had been working on my game for 4 hours already. I saved my progress and turned my servers off so they could cool down and went to bed. Im not kidding when I say I almost shit my pants. In my room my night stand had been moved to infront of my bedroom door blocking it. I never moved it and wouldn’t have been able to as it was preventing me from entering my bedroom.i was to tired to question it and finally went to bed. I woke up about 2 hours later and sat bolt upright. My nightstand was the item I was using for testing item movement in my game. I had used it to block my bedroom door from opening in game. A few weeks pass and I eventually forgot about that incident. I needed to add the antagonist character to the game. And since the game is based in Hell I used a demon as the inspiration. In the game you would never actually see the demon head on. It would be a shadow in the corner of your vision or you could hear it walking around a couple rooms away. The goal of the game now was to escape without being caught. And the demon could hear you. The game used your mic audio to broadcast your location essentially. I also made it so you had to have a mic to play the game and you couldn’t mute it as anything less than a certain decibel would pause the game. Your mic makes noise even when you don’t. The game was turning out to be amazing. I play tested it so many times and loved it. I made the game and even I didn’t know what was going to happen. The only way you could tell if you were going to die is youd hear breathing right behind you and then she screen would go black. After a few months of tweaking here and there I was almost ready for a closed beta test. I uploaded my game to my main servers that cost more than im willing to admit and waited. I was waiting for Halloween of 2019 to open the beta. But that’s when things got weird. I went to go check my system files just to make sure everything was ready to go. I noticed that the audio file was way to big. Originally it was about 50 GB but now it was over 400Gb in size. Inside the audio file were millions of audio files named “Kill_Elliot” I listened to one and it was just a recording of someone with a very deep voice saying “kill elliot” honestly i ridnt think much of it as my friend in IT had been over the day before to make sure the servers could handle the load of the 100 beta testers. I honestly thought he had played a joke on me and put it out of my mind. Two weeks till the beta test and that’s when things got bad. I went to do some last minute bug fixes that I had neglected to fix. And I heard the sounds of someone walking around through my headset. No big deal, I was playing through the game. But I had failed to realize that my headset wasn’t plugged in. Once I did a chill ran up my spine as I lived alone and have no pets. I kept playing through the game after I checked through my house. Every once in awhile I would see a shadow out of the corner of my eye. Then it got really quiet and I heard someone breathing on my neck. Not just heard, I felt the hot breath on my neck like someone was right behind me. Then all of the sudden my server crashed and my power went out. Keep in mind its about 1am and pitch black. I got my phone light on and ran out the door after I grabbed my keys. For the next 3 weeks I stayed at a friends house and didn’t go home. I kept seeing things and hearing things all the time. Eventually I had myself admitted to a psych ward and stayed there for 6 months. I tried to come back to twitter and tried to work on the game again but I just couldn’t. I deleted everything and haven’t tried to recreate anything. I don’t know what happened but hopefully its over.

2020.08.15 00:18 Ins0mn1a42 (Another) mechanical keyboard guidance request

Hi,
I want to build or buy a keyboard with interchangeable switches. Problem: ISO, full size.
I did not find a PCB to build my own one (not ISO & full size). Only I have found is the GMMK one, including casing and so on. Software´s not mine, but it seems to be the only one matching my preferences. Also thought about soldering and programing one myself (3D printer, Leonardo, maybe 2812b as LEDs) but it takes much too much time for the beginning.
Does someone know a comparable board or PCB, or should I stick with the GMMK?
Second is the switches. I have read lots about them, and also ordered a 81er tester from aliexpress few days ago. Problem is the seller did not even ship it. I do need my board in Home Office, and my actual one is dying: switches are "gluing" more and more. I don´t think I have the time to wait for the tester, then order switches (which are also maybe not available at this time).
I am also not absoltely sure which switches are the best for me. When thinking about my boards, I have loved the Model M ages ago, since then never got a board even close to it. Ten years ago I had a Sidewinder X6 rubberdome board which I liked, was able to type relatively fast on it. Also liked the shorter way, like a laptop keyboard. I do not like f.e. Logitechs switches: my finger barely touces the key, and it is half pressed with almost no feedback. Have tried it a long time. Absolutely not mine.
The last years I took few tours through local markets, but never found my board. All this Razer and ah.. all wishy-washy. Also seems they sell 95% linear ones. Finally, with blind testing, I found a half-mechanical (please don´t laugh^^) VPro V56S. Tactile, clicky, feel the presses, can type very fast on it. Now after a year buttons start to get easier to press (in a bad way), sometimes hanging.
Maybe worth to mention: when I type I normally hit the buttons quite exactly. I do not often hit other keys half or such things.
Now I read a lot about building my own board. For now I think I´d like to use Kailh switches, as they sound good (saw a few vids) and have a good selection. For my board at home I like klicky tactile. Mainly for writing. I like the idea of fast switches, but I am absolutely unsure about the bronze ones. As I said, I like to put my finger on a key and it is not halfway down as on the logitech boards, and what I read from the bronzes, this could be the case. Navy speed seem hard to get, and I also did not find good information about them. For the boxed, the Jade could be my switches, also navy reads very good. Also (hard to say from the vids) navy seem to sound deeper, fuller, which I really liked.
First question I have is: do you directly feel the back pressure, or does it only start after f.e. 1st millimeter? How do the box ones feel when not pressed, directly at the start? How do differ Navy and Jade in the beginning of a click?
And maybe: does someone knows how the navy compare to the Model M? I have no idea how to interprete these switches, is it normal hard to press, or will it slow me down while typing? Do I "over-compensate" with the Navis?

2020.08.14 21:03 flyboy3B2 Sunroom Renovation - From start to finish w/ lots of photos and detail.

This is a long one, so get comfy...
We’re in the middle of renovating our 100 year old house. It needs everything updated. It’s been a journey, and I have a lot of photos I’ve been meaning to put up here for my fellow home improvement enthusiasts to gawk at, but you know how it is; one project is done and it’s time to move on to the next one. Who has time to post photos? Well, we decided to hit the sunroom after the roof was done so we an have a nice place to chill while I gut and redo all the common spaces and the kitchen, and I decided I’d actually post this project this time. Don’t worry, I’ll eventually post everything else, but not anytime soon.
So, about the sunroom. The room measures 16’2” x 7½’, plus about a 3” x 30” area right in front of the red door. The total cost was $5,926.93, and it took about two months total time to finish, with maybe 14 actual days of work in those two months. My wife and I both work, we have a 7 year old son, a 1 year old dog, and were visited by some family for a few days, and the furniture took 8 days from purchase to delivery, all contributing to the over-all duration of the project. Plus, I took a day here and there to relax. We didn’t set a specific budget, but nearly $6k was definitely more than we intended to spend. What set us way over the mark was the furniture, which is a solid 64.02% of the total cost, but we’re honestly fine with it. It’s very comfortable and we’re already spending tons of time in the room relaxing in the sectional. We also furnished it with an extra Ikea Expedit we had, and a 6’ x 18” bench I made a few years ago. We intend to use the space as both a place to relax, and a mud room for when we’re wet and muddy and don’t want to track it into the kitchen or front entry way. I labeled each photo in the album numerically, and I’m going to break-down each one here; what it shows, and what I did to get to that point. I’ve also added the same descriptions to the photos themselves. The cost of the project includes materials and furniture we needed to purchase only, and does include the cost of any tools, materials, or furniture we already had. I already mentioned the furniture we already had, but the materials include tile/grout sealer, construction adhesive, nails/screws, green Frog Tape, electrical tape, and some of the paint. The tools I used were a drill, impact driver, table saw, Makita multitool, tile saw, air compressor, finish nailer, screw drivers, paint brushes, rollers, and trays, box cutter, electrical pliers, voltage tester, tape measure, square and v-notch trowels, float, sponges, 5 gallon buckets, knee pads, eye and ear protection, and probably some small stuff I’m forgetting which I will likely include in the descriptions as I explain what I did.
Before doing anything, I needed to ensure the floor could properly support tile. Thinset and tile adds hundreds of pounds of weight at a minimum, and you shouldn’t install it on a floor until you verify it can support it. I considered hiring an engineer for about 5 minutes before crawling under the floor myself. The sunrooms (there’s another right above this one, off of a bedroom) were definitely an addition at some point, but they’re held up by about 9 steel columns lagged to cement footers, and an 8” steel i-beam runs out from the foundation to one of the columns, with doubled-up 8x2 boards making up the rest of the frame. After doing some research, I feel confident that this is more than enough support for adding tile and, after discussing it with the wife, we opted not to hire an engineer.
Here are the photos.
1 & 2 - Before photos
The room was nice enough when we moved in. All of the floors in the house needed to be refinished, so when that was done, the sun rooms were sanded but not finished as we planned to use them as a place to work out of and store things for the renovations. I have no idea what kind of wood is on the walls and ceiling, but it’s very sappy. The floors are oak. We love the brick, which is a pattern called tulip, so we intended to leave it as an accent wall in the room. It covers the entire exterior bottom half of our house, as well. After some consideration, we felt for a sunroom, it was kind of drab and wanted to make it a brighter, more welcoming room.
3 & 4 - Ditra dry fit and subfloor installed
My original plan was to surgically remove the hardwood floor and store it for future use as repair pieces for any possible damage to the rest of the floors, future projects, or a future owner who might want to reinstall it in the sunroom. I quickly realized that this floor, unlike the rest of the house, was done to what I can only assume are professional standards, and I was doing more damage and putting in more effort than I felt was worth it. After three planks, I went back to the hardware store and got a ¾” oak plank, cut it to size, and filled in the gap where I had already pulled 3 pieces of flooring. After that, I installed the subfloor (1/2 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft. PureBond Birch Plywood - $45.75ea. x 4). Sorry, I didn’t get any photos of the installation or attempted removal of the hardwood floor. I was taking photos as an after-thought, if I’m being honest. I measured where the support beams were and screwed each piece of plywood down with 2½” deck screws. I figured this would be the next best was to preserve the floors, as someone can just patch the screw holes in the floor and refinish it. This is assuming they’re cautious enough not to destroy it while demoing the tile and removing the subfloor. Anyway, once the subfloor was done, I dry-fit the Ditra.
5 & 6. Ditra installed
Schluter Ditra is a decoupling membrane. I needed 3 rolls - 54sqft & $86.98ea. - to cover the whole floor. The benefits of using a decoupling membrane of any kind is that it allows for movement in the tile without causing separation from the subfloor or thinset. Years of expansion and contraction, walking, and settling will cause movement in the tile, which can cause that separation. This is one of the reasons tile can crack in time. To install Ditra, you put down a coat of thinset, using a 5/16” x 5/16” v-notch trowel. You do this in workable areas, about 4’ x 39” for me, unrolling the section to adhere it to the thinset. There are several ways to ensure it is properly adhered. I used body weight, a 16” cement float, and a sweet sweet core workout to get it done. You just push down on the float, moving it over the area being worked at least a few times. Let it set for 24 hours before working on it.
7. Tile being installed w/ leveling system
Once the Ditra sets, it’s time to install the tile. We went with a 6” x 36” Archwood grey ($3.99/sqft x 131.4sqft. Total cost for tile and grout was $588.40, not including thinset) woodgrain porcelain tile. To properly set a tile of this size, I used ProLite White Tile and Stone Mortar ($28.97/bag x 6 bags). This is for large formate porcelain tile and comes in 30lb bags. I used the same stuff to adhere the Ditra to the subfloor. Using a 1/2” square notch trowel, I first filled in the spaces on the Ditra, ensuring they were fulling filled-in, scrapping away the excess to confirm. Then you generously apply the thinset to the Ditra surface, scraping away excess, leaving the ridges you need to set the tile. Always back-butter your tile. For those who don’t know, this means putting thinset on the back of the tile, ensuring the same ridges are there as are on the floor. Ensure the ridges run the same direction on the tile as they do on the floor. Place the tile down, push down, and work it in perpendicular to the direction of the ridges. This collapses the the ridges and forces out the air between them. You wanna pull up a tile every once in a while to ensure you’re getting about 90% coverage. Doing all of this on top of a decoupling membrane will ensure your tile last a very long time with no cracking or popping out of place. Personally, I scrape the thinset away from the edge of both the back of the tile and next to the tile already down. I find if you put enough thinset down, you’ll have enough squeeze its way into those voids without so much that you have to clean tons of it out of the grout lines. To clean any excess while still wet, I use an extra spacer with out the base attached and just scrape it out. Wipe down the tiles with a damp sponge after all this to get up a bunch of thinset before it dries. I had to remove the storm door in order to put the threshold down. We got a 6” marble threshold (White Carrara 6” x 84” Shower Jamb, $106.20) which I cut to the proper length - 30”. This is set the same exact way as the tiles, just ensuring there’s a slight outward pitch for to ensure any water runs out instead of in. When I redid our bathroom was the first time I’d ever done any tiling. I found a leveling system to be very useful for me. I used the RTC Spin Doctor ⅛” tile leveling system base plates (250/box at 29.95 x 2 boxes) and caps (100/box at 27.99/box. I had a couple of boxes already, but needed to buy one more). You just slide the base plates under the tile once placed, and once the other tiles are placed around it, you spin the cap down, which forces each tile to the same level in that spot. If you apply the thinset properly, you’ll end up with each tile at a level so consistent that any differences will be so small you don’t even notice them. You’ll notice the placement of the leveling bases and caps. Basically it’s at each end and corner of every time. The floor isn’t perfectly square, and not setting my first row of tiles away from a wall was my biggest mistake in this whole project. Fortunately, it isn’t so out of square that trimming some tile edges, and cheating some grout lines by going a little wider or narrower than ⅛” wasn’t able to fix. Where I had to go narrow, I went as wide as possible and used 1/16” bases so I could still use the leveling caps.
8. Cleaning excess thinset in preparation for grout
To clean the excess thinset from grout lines once its dry, I use a very thin screwdriver and just scrape, careful not to chip or scratch any tile. If you did the install as I explained above, you’ll have very minimal work here. To clean any haze, I use a mild acid diluted in water. Dampen a sponge with this and wipe down. Then I scrub gently with a bristle brush, and wipe it all down with a damp sponge with just water.
9. Grouting. Grouting is pretty simple
I used Tec sanded grout, the color is Silverado ($29.59 for a 25lb bag). To grout, you just mix it to the proper consistency, like a loose peanut butter, and using a rubber grout trowel, you just work it into the grout lines. Keep to a workable area, about 4’ x 4’ area for me, wiping the area down with a damp sponge. This needs to be done in a particular way. You use a light touch, and use a part of the sponge only once, rinsing the sponge after. Repeat until the whole area is wiped down, and grout the next area. Give it a couple of days to cure before sealing. To seal, just get a good sealer (I honestly forget what I have on-hand, but the stuff was like $150 a bottle) and wipe on as the bottle says to. I had a lot of sealer left over from my bathroom, so it wasn’t a necessary purchase for this project. Sealer needs time to dry/cure. If I remember, I had to wait 48 hours before walking on it.
10 & 11. Grout done, trim installed
Once the sealer was good to go, I put the trim up. I tot 72ft 1¼” quarter round for the floors and walls were the brick meets the wood, 16ft ⅝” x 1¾” cove for the door, and 16ft of ½” trim to cover exterior of storm doodoor frame seem - $176.93 for all the trim. I used a pneumatic finish nailer where I had wood to nail in the trim, and construction adhesive on the quarter round where the tile and the brick meet.
12. Masking and painting
What I didn’t take photos of was the priming I did before putting down the Ditra. At the recommendation of the paint guys at my local Ace hardware, I went with a latex based primer (Fresh Start Premium Interior Primers - $37.99/gal). This was a mistake. Three coats in, I still had sap bleeding through, so I put a layer of oil based primer (Zinsser Cover Stain - 22.98/gal, but I already had a 5 gallon can from other projects) over it and that stopped the bleeding. Between two bedrooms, a bathroom, and our previous house (painted in entirely sponged pink), I’ve become pretty good at painting without tape. Since I was using oil based primer on the trim, and the walls and ceiling are tongue and grove board, though, I used painters tape so I wouldn’t get primer on the tile or blue paint on the trim while painting in the grooves between boards. The blue paint is Benjamin Moore Aura in a custom matched color in eggshell finish at 79.99/gal, the trim is the same paint, but in white semi-gloss finish, which I already had but picked up another gallon because I wasn’t just how much I had left, and the ceiling is Benjamin Moore Muresco Ceiling Paint in a matte finish at $41.99/gal. The second biggest mistake I made in this project was not taping off the windows. It was hot as hell and I got sweaty and lazy and wasn’t so semi-pro with those cuts. Now I have to clean the paint off the window frames.
13 - 16. Room painted
Just some photos of the finished paint job without the tape and floor paper. I like the Frog Tape, but it still bleeds a little. This is most evident on the brick. To be honest, I’m a little frustrated by that, but it is what it is, and there’s no way I’m aware of to get rid of it at this point, especially with that tulip texture on the brick.
17. Fan and outlets/outlet covers installed
For outlets, we used 3 3.6A USB Dual Type A In-Wall Charger with 15 Amp Tamper-Resistant Outlets. Two white, one black, $21.95 each. The outlet covers are Hampton Bay 1 Gang GFCI Decorator Wall Plates. I left two white, one primed and painted one black to match the black outlet, as they don’t make these covers in black. They’re $6.38 each. The fan is a Hunter Cavera 52”, 5 blade ceiling fan - $179.00. To install it, I just followed the directions. The only thing is I didn’t use a ceiling fan light box, which might prove to be a mistake, but I honestly doubt it. To secure it, I drilled a bunch of extra holes in the mounting plate and used about a dozen deck screws to secure it to the ¾” boards that make up the ceiling (and walls). Once mounted, I took a solid 30 minutes to ensure it was perfectly balanced to avoid any wobble that could loosen up the screws over time. I feel like this will be an acceptable alternative to a ceiling fan light box. If the ceiling was drywall and plaster and not ¾” wood boards, I would have used the proper type of box.
18 & 19. Furniture delivered & assembled
That’s pretty much it. The furniture was delivered and assembled by the place we got it. I did have to remove a window to get the sectional corner piece in since it was too wide to be maneuvered around the doors, but that was the only real work to do here. The sectional is a North Cape Malibu sectional w/ Sunbrella fabric cushions, and the table is actually a white bench. The total cost for them was $3,794.83 - 64.02% of our total cost for the room. As I mentioned before, the other furniture is a bench I made a few years ago, an extra Ikea Expedit we had, and (I forgot about this one earlier) some basket/end table my wife got at some point, no idea how much of from where, though. Probably TJ Max, or HomeGoods, or something like that.
Well, that’s the sunroom renovation details. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to leave a comment. Thanks for sticking around this long.

2020.08.14 20:40 flyboy3B2 Sunroom senovation, start to finish w/ photos and lots of detail.

2020.08.08 10:39 Affectionate-Talk-95 How I make enough money to live off!

Over the years, I've been able to make huge amounts of money online (over 40k on etsy alone with no use of social media). I'm always looking for new ways to support myself while I'm travelling as I'm not able to silversmith or to do professional photography which are my main source of income when I'm in the UK.
Freelancing
If you offer any kind of digital skills then you should look into freelancing! Even if you don't you can find virtual assistant jobs, data entry jobs and more on these sites. You can earn anywhere between £10-200+ a day depending on your skills and other variables.
Freelancer - Ref Non Ref
Freelancer is you guessed it one of the biggest freelancing websites. It has thousands of jobs in all sorts of specialisms. I've both freelanced on here and regularly hire on here. I've been paid as much as £300 for one gig on here, but most paid £30 or less. You are competing with a more affordable Asian/Indian market who are willing to work for much less than you are. Most of the gigs here aren't super well paid and it doesn't have a super high hire rate (as in there are lots of posts advertising to pay $250 for x who never hire anyone = waste of your time). This website used to be run awry with bots (so you were competing with thousands of automatic responses), but they recently got rid this which is great! A much better paid freelancing website! This is a UK based freelancer website, there is less work going but the work going is much higher paid. Gigs often have a £50 or so minimum. I've landed lots of regular graphic design and illustration work here, and it's not very competitive. I randomly got kicked off this site for no reason, and found the new approval process very difficult. You have to get awarded over 5 jobs in 2 months so stay on which is hard with the quantity of jobs going.
Upwork - Non Ref
A mid range freelancing website. Lots of work going here, and not super competitive either. However, this website used to give you a certain amount of bids for free per month (which was great!) and now no longer offers this. So you have to pay for every bid, which really adds up! Especially as most of the gigs only pay around $15-30.
Fiverr - Ref
Non Ref
The cheapest guy on the market! I've been a part of this network since the beginning, and it's a little different than the rest as you offer your gig (such as logo design) for X and people purchase it. This website used to be really great and non-competitive but it has swung waaay the other way and you get lost in a sea of listings. Get 20% off your first order when you sign up via the link!
Micro tasking
Microtasking is where you get paid small amounts of money (usually $1 or less) to do things like browse a website or like a facebook page. They are often super quick jobs and can easily add up if you only pursue the better paid gigs and the ones that are quick (such as like 10 facebook pages en masse). Something to be wary of is all of these sites make money from charging you between 5-20% fees when you withdraw your earnings so you have to cater for this when you take on work! You can easily earn £5 or so a day.
Micro worker - Non Ref
The biggest microtasking site that I know of, a huge variety of work available on here and you will likely find the best paid work due to this.
Pico workers - Ref Non Ref
Another microtasking site I use, slightly less work available but I find being on as many of these sites as possible allows you to earn more.
Click worker - Ref Non Ref
This isn't quite a microtask site, more a microjob site where the gigs pay a little better (often $5-10). Well worth checking out! It has an app too!
Survey Sites
Survey sites can be a great supplementary income. You're never going to be able to live off it but can easily earn £10 or so a day.
Vindale - Ref Non Ref
One of the biggest survey sites around, most of the surveys pay $1 or more and there is always lots available. They have around a $50 minimum to cash out.
Populus live - Non Ref
My personal favourite! This is never mentioned on anyone's 'survey sites to join' list as they don't have referral links! They are UK site which pay £1 for 5 minutes. They dish out a £3 survey most working days of the week. They have a £50 minimum 'cash out' (they send a cheque). I've cashed out more than once on this website.
Surveybods - Non Ref
My next favorite survey site is survey sites is another UK one, they pay around 50-75p per 5 minutes. They send out about 5 surveys per week, and you can cash out at £15.
Reward.Land
A new one for me, these guys pay straight into your bank account and most of the surveys pay $5.
Atta Poll - Ref Non Ref
An app that sends out frequent surveys and pays alright!
Prize rebel - Ref Non Ref
A big one, similar to swag bucks. Lots of offers available.
Lux Surveys Ref Non Ref
This one is good... Sends out daily surveys that pay £1 or less!
Website Testing
If you have high speed internet website testing is a great way to earn some spare cash. You have to be quick though! As soon as those emails come in you have to start immediately as they only need a few testers. These pay around $10-15 per website test which only takes 10-15 minutes.
Userlytics - Non Ref
TrymyUI - Non Ref
Cashback
All of these are pretty similar, but the idea is great! You basically find a vendor you would like to shop on via the website, shop as you would and you get cash back! Honey and Wildo both have browser extensions which notify you if you can get cashback and Honey even finds you discount codes! Most have a £10 minimum to cash out. I use all of these, but I love Kidstart as it offers cashback for Amazon and Ebay which are the main places I've shopped. I've had over £100 back!
Honey - Ref Non Ref Grab 500 points when you sign up via this link!
Kidstart - Ref Non Ref
Quidco - Ref Non Ref
Topcashback - Ref Non Ref
Differs from other sites as offers free cashback offers which pay pretty quick. Get a £2 bonus when you sign up via that link. Can cash out at £15 and has over £10 worth of free offers.
Creative Type?
If you are the creative type, there are lots of ways you can either sell products or sell your services. Fiverr was one I previously mentioned but there are a few more below which are great....
Printful - Ref NON Ref
This website is awesome, if you make graphics/illustrations this is a site you should know about. It's a POD (Print On Demand) company, they basically help you make super realistic mockups and ship out your products as they are ordered. They even make it look like you shipped it! You don't need to hold any stock and don't have to invest a penny! You will need a shop front though, like Etsy - https://etsy.me/3jjSH3W (use that link to sign up for 40 free listings!) or shopify. With no social media, but well optimized etsy listings I easily make about £50 a month (profit) from these products.
Tee Spring - Non Ref
If you make designs take a look at Tee Spring. I talk about Etsy below, which offers a huge amount of potential free traffic but costs a little per month. If you are looking for a free alternative to sell your designs then teespring is the way to go. You can list as many products as you like, choose your profit margins and voila! You have a working free shop.
Creative Market - Non Ref
If you make any sort of digital products ... graphics, web design, fonts, or even stock imagery check out creative market. It's a high end website (you have to get approved to sell) where you can sell all sorts of bits and bobs! The website gets reasonable amount of traffic and sales. It doesn't cost a penny to sell, but they take a 50% commission which is huuuuuge. I don't mind though as you can list your products and leave it. I don't make much here, but about $20 a month here for no work isn't so bad.
Etsy - Ref NON Ref
Etsy is my favourite way to make money online. I've been selling on this site for over 10 years! Ive made over 40k in sales to date. You can sell anything handmade on this website, it gets millions of hits per day and almost everyone browsing is looking to buy something. It may be a little saturated now and hard to have your listings found, but I still think it's the best place to sell just about anything (especially if it's on the more expensive end of things). If you use the link above to open your shop you will get 40 free listings!
Other
Swagbucks - Ref Non Ref
A very famous one, but a phone app which enables you to do all sorts of offers, surveys, etc. to earn swag bucks which you can exchange for gift cards. Sometimes has some well paid gigs on here.
Qmee - Ref Non Ref
This is a little browser addon/website which basically pays you to search the web and click their relevant adds. They pay 5 or 10p per add, but it adds up very quickly. You can cash out to paypay immediately which is great. They also offer very badly paid surveys which I wouldn't recommence. Grab a 50p bonus when you sign up via the link!
20cogs - Ref NON Ref
This is a great UK website I found, you basically complete 20 offers (some are a bit spammy fortunately) which pay about £5-15 each. When you complete 20 offers you can cash out into your bank account. I made £150 but the cashouts average from £150-500. Grab a £10 bonus when you sign up via the link!
Oh my dosh - Ref Non Ref
Similar to 20cogs but pays a little less per offer and you can cash out at £10! Grab a £2 bonus when you sign up via the link
Neilsen mobile - NON ref
An app I discovered the other day, you install it and it tracks your Internet use in the background. I've made about £10 over 4 months which is fine by me for no work at all!
Fatlama - Ref Non Ref
If you have anything worth renting fatlama is great! From instruments to scanners you can rent all kinds of cool things! It allows you to make money from stuff that you already own and is mainly sat around. I've not had huge success with this but I don't live in London (as everything is pickup), but some people do super well.
Matched betting - Ref NON ref
Something I used to do, You can easily make 2k working through all the joining offers of various gambling companies. However, after this I didn't find it super worth my time. Profit accumulator is a must if you are interested in this! They offer a 14 day free trial if that's ya thing!
Sweatco.in - Ref Non Ref
A new addition of mine... This app tracks your steps and literally pays you to walk. If you excercise lots you can earn over $1 a day passively!

2020.08.07 13:25 thejazzking Buying advice - going round in circles

Hi all!
Over the past few weeks I've been lurking, consuming and learning, and now I've been hamstrung by indecision and would appreciate some purchasing guidance.
Tl;dr:
I'm trying to decide whether to:
I'm also looking at the Akko 3068 (~£90 Amazon), Akko 3087 (~£90 Banggood), but they require soldering to mod.
Because I would like:
So any advice would be more than welcome! Especially if I have neglected options through obvious blindspots.
Story time:
I recently built a PC for the first time, and decided to invest in a mechanical keyboard as well - having tried them at friends houses. I bought a Ducky One2 (full), after doing a bit of reading about sizes, switches etc. although it was partly an aesthetic choice, white with blue accent to match my tower and desk. It has Cherry MX Brown switches which are fine.
The problem is now I need a mechanical keyboard for work too... That said, I'm also tempted to take my Ducky to work, and get a smaller keyboard for home depending on the size of keyboard I end up getting.
Having watched some videos, I'm also in love with a deep but gentle 'thocc'. I don't currently get this from my stock Ducky, which is more clacky. Don't get me wrong, this keyboard is great and I like the mechanical clack, but I would like to also experience proper 'thocc'.
Chasing the thocc, I'm looking at linear switches. I'll pick up some lube and films too. I have a soldering iron and sucker, but they're halfway across the UK in a house where people are shielding, so I a) don't want to go get it, and b) don't want to wastefully buy another. Hence I was looking at hot-swappable boards. This will make it easier to mod my switches. It also means I can really easily change up and slot in some blues if I want to give them a try. Currently, I've only really tried MX Browns, but I reckon I'd like heavier linear switches (I bottom-out quite a bit).
I also really like the aesthetics and portability of smaller boards, however I'm limited by practicality. A 40% is no good for me: for work, I benefit from the function row, the arrow keys, and the Home/End/Del/PrtSc keys. These requirements are at odds with each other, hence I cold take my Ducky to work, and have a smaller keyboard at home. So anywhere between a 60% and a TKL would probably work for me.
Being based ion the UK, I would also like an ISO layout (not necessarily fussed about shift/return sizes, but I need my 2/", 3/£ and '/@ keys).
Unsurprisingly, I'm also on a bit of a budget. I'm not looking for bargain basement, and I'll spend a bit of money where I need to. But I'm not really interested in spending a fortune right now. Also, expensive imports aren't great when factoring in customs and handling.
So, I've been looking at the SK61, primarily.
Pros: hot-swap, price (£60), size (thereabouts), nice-looking caps.
Cons: ANSI, would need to buy some ISO caps, optical only (not so bad since I can still mod gateron opticals, and I can still try their lineaclicky/tactiles if I want).
I could also build my own SK61 via Banggood. It's more expensive as I have to buy switches and and caps separately. But I could really indulge in some nice caps here; and I'm not restricted to optical switches.
I've seen a few hot-swap boards in the 65-75% range, however they're either out of stock or prohibitively expensive (I'm looking at you kbd67, even if you are pretty).
I've heard mixed things about the quality of GMMK... It's available from a UK supplier, but works out a bit more expensive than the SK61.
So, I'd like to know the thoughts of MK. Is there a clear winner here? Do I have a massive blindspot where I've missed a glaringly obvious option? I've just been spinning around thinking I'll build my own, nah I'll buy a pre-built, maybe take the plunge and buy a nicer board without modding. And now I'm kind of lost.
Any thoughts welcome.
Cheers guys!
tjk
edit: turns out I'm not necessarily fussed about ISO layout, as much as I would like the 2/", 3/£ and '/@ keys.

2020.07.29 00:58 DittoLander Dead Man's Hand Warrior: A Golden Age? [Guide] [Wild]

Introduction
Hey guys, I've been playing Dead Man's Hand warrior for years, and hit legend multiple times in different variations. The deck has always been off meta, but recently, the addition of Risky Skipper makes the strategy much more consistent and fun to play. However, it is arguably the hardest competitive deck to master due to its unusual card usage. Here I'll gladly share my thoughts on each card & packages I include and their usage. Mulligan will be mentioned throughout.

Stats
I climbed from Diamond 5 to Legend in three separate days during the past week using this version of the deck. Here are my stats from Hearthstone Deck Tracker:
Against Class Wins Losses Winrate
Warlock 8 3 73%
Mage 9 2 82%
Druid 8 1 89%
Shaman 4 2 67%
Priest 2 2 50%
Demon Hunter 2 1 67%
Rogue 1 2 33%
Paladin 1 1 50%
Warrior 0 1 0%
Hunter 0 0 N/A
Total 35 15 70%
Below, I will discuss each card package and card I include.
The Self-damage Package
Risky Skipper: The best card in your deck. You always keep one of them in your opening hand, regardless of match-ups. Some lists run Ancharrr just to tutor him, which is certainly justifiable. I personally found 4 weapons (including Garrosh) to be too much, and Blood Razor is too good to cut. Never ever play him without any minions to follow. I usually wait until at least I can play him with 2 other minions in order to get his effect to trigger twice. Those of you who has played enrage warrior in standard should have no problem using him.
Blood Razor: Much like Skipper, you always keep one of this weapon in mulligan. This can single-handedly stabilize your early game while you wait for a big Skipper turn to regain board and health. You usually don't leave 2 durability on this weapon, because the threat of triggering its deathrattle next turn for 0 mana is worth much more than the 2 damage weapons swing that you might consider to be wasted. Remember that Brann Bronzebeard can double the Battlecry effect of this weapon, so don't lose games because you didn't think of this combo.
Scourgelord Garrosh: Remember when KFT first came out how Garrosh is outshined by every other Death Knights? Over time, the other 8 have seen less and less play (perhaps with the exception of Uther), but Garrosh has slowly found a sweet home in this deck. His weapon is deadly and his hero power is exactly what this deck needs albeit being weak otherwise. Play him and you will love him. Don't keep him in mulligan though.
Acolyte of Pain: Make sure you can draw at least two cards out of him, and most of the times you should aim for the third especially in mid to late game. The arguable exception is when it's turn 3 and your opponent doesn't have a 3 attack minion, and you have Blood Razor next turn to follow. Otherwise, armor up instead of playing him on curve. I always keep this in opening hand.
Armorsmith: Should try to combo with at least two rounds of your AoEs except in match-ups where armor doesn't matter (e.g., Mecha'thun Warlock). With Quest Mage, Reno Priest and Malygos Druid around, you can never have too much armor (I regularly tanked their combos with 30+ armor to win games). Usually she's the first minion to follow Skipper due to her high health. Don't keep in opening hand unless opponent is aggro and you also have Risky Skipper.
Eternium Rover: Armorsmith but worse lol. Usage is very similar to Armorsmith, has the upside of costing one less but downside of less total armor potential. Don't keep in opening hand unless opponent is aggro and you also have Risky Skipper. Don't keep in mulligan without Skipper. When you do draw it, don't play on turn 1 because you may draw a Skipper at any time, and then you will regret playing this too early. I once lost a game trying to curve this out against an Even Shaman, only to be countered by a timely Totem Golem, so trust me this little bot will get value later.
Blade Storm: Slightly situational but good card. The fact that this can serve as single removal against one big unit and you can draw 3 with this and Acolyte of Pain in the late game is huge. If you don't like N'Zoth, certainly run two of this card before adding worse cards such as Warpath and Brawl. I never keep this in mulligan.
Battlerage: Some list runs two, and again, you can swap out N'Zoth, the Corruptor and Khartut Defender for the second Battlerage and Blade Storm if you prefer strategic purity. I personally found it to be only useful in late game, because you usually don't have the two mana to play this card after laying down a bunch of minions and damaging them. For that reason, I never keep it in mulligan even with Risky Skipper. Try to draw at least 2 and aim for 3+ cards with it when you do use it.
The N'Zoth/Rush Package
Khartut Defender: It might seem insane to run just one real payoff for N'Zoth, but after trying a larger package with Scrap Golem (and Zilliax), I have decided that less is more here. Due to the amount of card draws you run, you can usually find this card before you would want to play N'Zoth. Never keep in mulligan.
N'Zoth, the Corruptor: N'Zoth auto-wins you the Jade Druid match-up, and boosts your win chance against Quest mage, both of which are otherwise very unfavored. I hate auto-losing to any deck, so I opted to recruit this old god for help. Try to shuffle him into your deck before playing him against slow decks such as Cube Warlock. Never keep in mulligan.
Kargath Bladefist: The fact that you can reliably tutor Kargath Prime with Town Crier and that you have so many card draws otherwise makes this card very appealing, and being able to revive a Rush minion with N'Zoth is additionally sweet. 10 armor and one big removal for 8 mana is often better than you think. I never keep this in mulligan.
Town Crier: Your only 1-drop to drop on turn 1, with the flexibility to activate Skipper later thanks to its low cost. Always keep in mulligan.
Hard Removals
Shield Slam: Cheap, synergy with all of your armor gaining cards and powers. I never keep this in mulligan.
Plague of Wrath: Two reasons to play this over Brawl: (1) you don't have to pray the RNG god before playing this; (2) can serve as a 5 mana execute. Yes, there will be 5% of games where you don't have a damage trigger and a Brawl would be able to save you that game, but a good opponent will always trade off their small minions and save resources to play around Brawl. Depending on match-ups, you may want to tank up some damage and save this for their big boards, or just use this as single removal knowing they wouldn't have that big board swing (e.g., against Reno Priest / Odd Warrior). I never keep this in mulligan.
Dirty Rat: With Odd Demon Hunter nerfed, combo strategies are seeing a revival, and double Dirty Rat becomes necessary to win against them. In metas where combo decks are less popular, you can reduce this to one, although Quest Mage does not seem to be going anywhere away. Try to play this when your opponent has shown signs of running out of non-combo minions to play (e.g. floating lots of mana). Don't play this whenever you see a Doomsayer - higher chance to pull out their key minion should be preferred. Because I run two, I don't keep this even in Mage match-ups (opponent could be aggro secret mage too). Against Druid, I will usually keep one because of their high chance of running some game-winning combo.
The Dead Man's Hand Package
Dead Man's Hand: The worst card in your deck. Common usage is to pop Counterspell before you play your better spells. Oh well, jokes aside, this card does grant you a unbeatable late game and allow you to run the amount of card draws you currently run without worrying about losing the fatigue war against decks such as Jade Druid and Cube Warlock. Ideally you want to shuffle the following cards into your deck: (1) the other Dead Man's Hand; (2) card draws ranked in preference: Coldlight Oracle >> Shield Block >> Acolyte of Pain > Battlerage; (3) matchup-useful removals, i.e., Dirty Rat against combo decks; Plague of Wrath against decks that make big board/minions; (4) N'Zoth, though not in all match-ups. When those aren't around, just waste those 2 mana instead of playing this trash card to dilute your future draws. Never keep in opening hand regardless of match-ups.
Coldlight Oracle: This is not a card draw you play on turn 3 when you have nothing else to play. This is your only offensive tool and one that's only available in the late game. Against control or combo, try to play this when they have 9 cards in hand and don't play the second one before shuffling a copy into your deck - you need it to close out the game. Don't play this against aggro, unless you will absolutely lose next turn. Never keep in opening hand regardless of match-ups.
Brann Bronzebeard: A card that I'm considering cutting due to its performance floor but reluctant due to its ceiling. Before the Skipper package, I used to run Drywisker Armorer and Brann is amazing with that. Well... for usage against control, play him with Coldlight Oracle or Dirty Rat; against aggro, play him as a body, a secret tester, or with Blood Razor, or with Risky Skipper. Okay to shuffle with DMH; never keep in mulligan.
Shield Block: Depending on match-ups and hand state, you may want to hero power instead of Shield Block on turn 3. Generally, if you expect board pressure from opponent that you can't deal with, use it for its card draw effect to find cards that can affect the board; if you expect low board pressure from opponent, or if you hand state is good, and if armor will be critical in the late game, play this on turn 5 to maximize your armor gain. Against aggro, sometimes you need to save it to combo with Shield Slam. Good to shuffle with DMH though usually you would have played both of them earlier. Never keep in mulligan.
That's all I have for now. Let me know in the comment if you have any questions and feel free to comment on my card inclusion.
